MARIETTA– August 20, 2025 —
Aabaha Inc., the nonprofit organization behind the annual Aabaha Art and Theater Festival (AATF), is proud to announce that it has been awarded a grant from the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
Since its founding in 2019, Aabaha has been committed to celebrating cultural diversity through multilingual and multicultural theater, visual arts, and community engagement. This grant will provide vital support as the organization continues to expand its programming and deepen its impact across the Greater Atlanta region.
“We are honored to receive this recognition and support from the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta,” said Kallol Nandi, Founder and Artistic Director of Aabaha. “This grant strengthens our ability to provide a platform for diverse voices, nurture local artists, and bring communities together through storytelling and art.”
The funding will help Aabaha enhance its annual Art and Theater Festival, which showcases traditional, contemporary, and experimental theater alongside community art exhibits, panel discussions, and cultural exchanges. With growing participation from artists nationwide, the festival has become a premier platform for creative collaboration and cultural dialogue.
The support from the Community Foundation underscores Aabaha’s role in shaping Atlanta’s arts and culture landscape while promoting inclusivity, creativity, and civic engagement.
