Synopsis: Questions have to be answered and truth looks right into their eyes when a thief, a mere child driven by hunger and deprivation, breaks into the home of a middle class family. Torn between what they know is right and yet at times knowingly going against their conscience to satisfy their need and greed, Asamay shows the wrangle between ideals and survival.
Synopsis: For centuries, the goat has reigned supreme in the Bengali kitchen, be it by the shores of Kolkata or in the suburbs of America. A sudden disappearance of goat meat causes a stir in the pot of quandary, jealousy and elections: a theme that finds resonance in the lives of Prabashi Bengalis, in their weekend social gatherings, hidden behind exuberant menus, in between cocktails of gossip and politics, and the rivalries that ebb and flow.
Playwright: Sudipta Bhawmik (adopted for audio drama by Kallol Nandi)
